Dear CADEIO members and associates, As we approach Thanksgiving and the beginning of Advent I wish to extend gratitude to all of you for your passion and work for Christian unity and interreligious affairs. The Church continually progresses in the love and mercy of God as has been so evident this past year. At the conclusion of the Extraordinary Jubilee of Mercy, Pope Francis presented his Apostolic Letter, Misericordia et misera (20 November 2016), in which he encourages all to remain on the path of mercy and justice as we journey together into the future renewed and full of hope. The letter in full may be found here: http://w2.vatican.va/content/francesco/en/apost_letters/documents/papa-francesco-lettera-ap_20161120_misericordia-et-misera.html.
